We collect information you provide directly (email, password, business details) and usage data (agents created, messages sent, call transcripts). We do not sell your data.
We use your information to operate the Service, process payments, send transactional emails, and improve the platform. AI-generated content may be used to improve our models unless you opt out.
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card information. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
MNTOR uses Anthropic (Claude AI), Retell AI (voice calls), Stripe (payments), and Supabase (database). Each has their own privacy policy governing data they process.
Outbound calls made through MNTOR may be recorded and transcribed. You are responsible for complying with applicable call recording laws and notifying parties that calls may be recorded.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Account deletion removes your data from our active systems within 30 days.
We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
