By accessing or using MNTOR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MNTOR provides AI-powered agent tools for businesses, including automated messaging, lead qualification, voice calling, and marketing assistance. Features vary by subscription plan.
MNTOR offers subscription plans billed monthly. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. No refunds are issued for partial months.
The Agency plan includes 300 voice call minutes per billing month. Minutes reset on your billing renewal date and do not roll over. Usage is tracked in real time; you will receive an email alert when you have used 80% of your monthly allowance and again upon reaching 100%.
If you exhaust your monthly minutes, outbound calls will be paused until minutes are replenished. You may purchase additional minutes at any time — 500 minutes for $75 — charged immediately to your card on file. You may also enable the Auto-Reload option in Account Settings, which will automatically charge $75 for 500 minutes the moment your monthly allowance is depleted, so calls are never interrupted. You may disable Auto-Reload at any time. MNTOR is not responsible for charges incurred through the Auto-Reload feature when it is enabled.
Voice calls are provided through a third-party AI telephony service. Call recordings and transcripts are subject to applicable federal and state recording-consent laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all wiretapping and consent laws in any jurisdiction where calls are placed.
You agree not to use the Service for spam, harassment, illegal activity, or any use that violates applicable laws. AI-generated content is your responsibility. MNTOR reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of content you provide. MNTOR retains all rights to the platform, software, and underlying technology.
MNTOR is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
